And the same applies to the market, the greengrocer, the butcher or the wine shop. So a well thought-out and individual design is a very important factor in sales promotion:
“Here I do feel comfortable – I will spend a little more time here. What else do I need?”

Meaning
Even large food supply chains are now moving back into the city centres, where they are competing with health food stores that discovered this market long before. These retailers and markets do not only serve to supply products for everyday needs. They are also of great importance to neighborhoods as places of chance meeting and casual communication.
With around 50 local suppliers from German-speaking countries, the exhibition will show how everyday food needs are met today in a stimulating atmosphere and customer-friendly spaces.
